CKB Prison Ministry
Our prison ministry is dedicated to helping male and female re-entry inmates find their way back to society. Through the word of God, we lead them to Christ and disciple them, preparing them for life outside of jail. Our workshops, inspired by CKB Services, help them renew their minds and build confidence in themselves. We believe that with Christ, they can overcome any adversity and become valuable assets to society.
Our organization is committed to supporting inmates and their loved ones both during and after their time in jail. We offer cohorts for family members and connect them with resources such as transitional housing and counseling to ensure a transition for inmates once they are released. We contact with them and serve as mentors as needed to help them successfully reintegrate into society.
CKB Changing Lives
To date, we have served well over 300 male and female inmates. When asked who are Christians, of the ones who are not saved we have over a 95% success rate of these new inmates we serve accepting Christ. Every week we receive new inmates who are interested in what we have to offer. Our success stories have spread throughout St Augustine jail and we are glad to announce that we are seeking to expand our ministry to serve more inmates.
